Our internal training opportunities include technical, professional, leadership and management development courses to help you achieve your individual career goals. In addition, we use a full range of tools in our people development toolbox with on- and off-the-job activities such as collaboration on a project team, leading projects, lateral or job rotation, international assignments, development dialogue, 360 degree feedback, mentoring and coaching opportunities. We also offer assistance with foreign language skill building for professional development or in preparation for international assignments, some of which may be held on-site at Bayer locations.

Educational Assistance Program
For employees who wish to pursue career development by taking college or technical courses, we provide reimbursement of related expenses when courses are successfully completed.
