A part of Bayer Business Services (BBS), the group was formed in 2006, and today has roughly 150 team members from over 15 nations.  Bayer Business Consulting strives to attract and develop top talent for the Bayer Group; to realize value with customized solutions for all stakeholders within Bayer; and to develop and transfer intellectual capital as well as hands-on expertise to address management challenges for Bayer.
