Many Bayer sites feature employee networking organizations/affinity groups and other opportunities to provide a forum for Bayer employees to share experiences, build collaborative, rewarding relationships, and serve as a vehicle for personal development. In addition, these groups work to improve our operations within both the organization and the communities in which we serve. ACCESS (African American),  WLI (Women's Leadership Initiative) and LINKS (New Professionals) are three examples of successful groups.
